Expert-led scaffolding
Expert-led scaffolding, also known as instructional scaffolding, is a teaching practice where an expert, like a teacher or peer, provides temporary support to help a learner master a new skill or concept. This support is gradually reduced as the learner gains proficiency, allowing them to eventually work independently. The goal is to enable learners to complete tasks or acquire skills they couldn't do without the expert's help.
