Information you choose to share

The enquiry form asks for contact details and information about your requested services. Tariq Solutions uses these details to respond to your enquiry and discuss arrangements with you.

Email enquiries

When you choose to open your email app, the prepared enquiry is placed in a new email. You can review, edit or discard it before sending. It is sent only when you choose to send it through your email provider.

Direct form enquiries

Where direct submission is available, the website sends your enquiry to Tariq's designated business mailbox. Please share only information relevant to your booking enquiry. Medical history, identity documents and clinical information should not be included in this form.

Local preferences and tracking

This website does not use advertising trackers or an analytics service. Your form input is kept in the current page while you complete the enquiry.
